Niigata has also announced the beginning of the rainy season. It's been raining a lot lately and I feel a little depressed. But that makes me feel a little cooler and that makes me happy.


I made Tonpeiyaki this week. Have you ever eaten? Pork, cabbage and bean sprouts are stir-fried with salt and pepper, wrapped in egg and covered with sauce to complete. It's easy to make and delicious!
